Thank you for your interest in the Intuit® TurboTax program brought to you by ADP National Account Services. Intuit provides TurboTax product usage and other customer support in several ways: 

General Questions About TurboTax Products

Support URL: You can access customer service help through the TurboTax Customer Care and Support site at www.turbotaxsupport.com. This is the entry point for all customer support questions. There are many avenues for support, including:

Self Help: The TurboTax Customer Care and Support site provides an extensive self-help knowledge base, including FAQs and documentation, available free of charge to all users of TurboTax products and services.  Free support services include TurboTax Support Topics or Search to find a quick answer, access to Top Search Terms and Popular Support Topics, or post your own question using Forums.

E-mail: You may submit a service question using an online form free of charge.

Live Tax Advice: If you need tax advice, you can email a question and an advisor will call you back. A fee will apply.

Technical Support

Support URL: The TurboTax Customer Care and Support URL at www.turbotaxsupport.com is the entry point for all customer support questions. Customers use FAQs and documents for self-service. If customers are unable to find an answer to their question they can access the free Customer Forums or paid support.
