At the West National Service Center of ADP National Account Services, partnership is more than just a buzzword. It's at the heart of our business, driving our relationships with clients, each other, and the local and global community.

In fact, the desire to take our partnership with community to the next level drove our employees to transform our community service group, ProAction, into an actual non-profit organization: The ProAction Foundation.

Every year, ProAction contributes to local and national charities focused on four areas:

• Animal and Environment
• Community Health and Welfare
• Education
• Safety and Emergency

ProAction also sponsors individual Associates who raise funds for specific causes, such as diabetes and breast cancer.

In an effort to raise additional donation funds and to give back to the community, ProAction sponsors a number of recurring events:

• Book Fairs – Spring and Fall
• Blood Drives – two to four times per year
• Junior Achievement - February
• Annual Chili Cook-off – May
• JDRF Walk for Diabetes - October
• Holiday Bazaar - November
• Bake Sale – November
• Adopt-an-Angel – November
